2012 – A Year of importance and major milestones for Riviera

Riviera reflects back over the year 2012, a year of importance and major milestones for Australia’s largest and most awarded luxury boat builder. A pivotal moment in 2012 was in March when Riviera returned to private ownership under the leadership of Rodney Longhurst. Following this significant achievement was the inaugural Riviera Festival of Boating, which was another great accomplishment for the company and the dates for the 2013 Festival are announced in this issue of R Experience. Other highlights for Riviera included the world release of the first model in a brand new model series, the 445 SUV, and the acquisition of the bespoke Belize Motoryacht line. Another historical occasion was the special commemorative event to celebrate the launch of Riviera’s 5000th boat.
