CRS Yachts, exclusive dealers of Fairline and Ocean Alexander Motor Yachts, will provide a first class experience for visitors at the 2010 Sydney International Boat Show held from 29 July to 2 August. Three new generation Fairline Motor Yachts will be on display surrounding a luxurious Fairline Pavillion that features an in-house coffee bar and an outdoor viewing deck to make it easy to view this year’s show stopping motor yacht, the Targa 58 Gran Turismo Sport Yacht, which is the only truly convertible sport yacht on display at the show.

For the first time Ocean Alexander will be on the marina alongside a dedicated stand for Boat Equity, Australia’s largest online boat share marketplace. CRS Yachts is the newly appointed agent for Boat Equity in NSW and QLD and they will be selling three shares in a Fairline Targa 47 Sport Yacht which will be on display at the show.

CRS Yachts Sales and Marketing Director Mark Chapman said: “We understand that clients want choices and we’re constantly innovating to meet their different needs. Fairline Syndication, Ocean Alexander and Boat Equity are examples of how we’re meeting their expectations. ‘Fairline Concierge’ is an additional service we’re officially launching at the show, which caters to clients looking for a complete home-to-boat solution.”

“We’re also meeting the financial needs of our clients by providing active quoting, to account for volatile currency markets and forward order incentives on new orders.  We’re being as competitive as we can and we certainly encourage people to speak with our sales executives at the show for more details,” said Mr Chapman.

Visitors will have an opportunity to be wowed by Fairline motor yachts at the show by seeing the following up close:

Fairline Targa 58 Gran Turismo Sport Yacht

As expected the Fairline Targa 58 features beautiful exterior lines and proportion whilst also airing a new generation feel and making a very bold statement both at sea and at rest. The 58 has a light filled single level saloon which features a fully equipped yet smartly hidden galley. The boat has a ‘global open’ feature which allows the blinds, sunroof, 3m panoramic windows and aft windows to be opened at the single touch of a button.  On the lower deck this boat has a generous 3 cabin 3 ensuite layout with huge and highly functional full beam master cabin.  Other features include a washer/dryer and internal vacuum system.

The Targa 58 offers fuel efficient cruising and boasts a top speed of 34 knots.  This boat is equipped with Fairline’s easy to use touch screen vessel management system along with Garmin touch screen electronics.  It also features an electric awning which covers the entire cockpit, letterbox passerrelle, the latest tender launching system, and a uniquely powered boarding stairway option.

Fairline Squadron 55

The award winning 55 oozes class and unparalleled craftsmanship with an innovative use of space. Features are endless – the Squadron 55 has the largest flybridge in her class; a magnificent full beam master stateroom with panoramic windows and a cabin width wardrobe; and luxurious accommodation for six guests and one crew. The 55 also has supreme engineering including full colour touch screen navigation equipment from Garmin with the ability to manage the boat from the touch screen yacht management interface at the helm (Fairline Pilot System).

Fairline Squadron 65

Fairline’s Squadron 65 features amazing elegance, superb facilities and cutting edge marine engineering and equipment. The 2010 UK Motor Boat of the Year Award winner has features that all come together to create a luxurious apartment feel.

The motor boat is ahead of its class with spacious interiors – including a full beam master state room and forward cabin featuring open plan en suite layouts, stylish bed designs, and innovative natural light features. Up on the flybridge the luxuries continue where there are shaded entertaining areas and an abundance of sun lounges. The Squadron 65 is also fitted with the Fairline Pilot System allowing the entire boat to be managed via a touch screen, giving the owner greater control of items such as fuel systems, water, and electrical equipment.

Fairline Friday and Saturday at the show

Fairline welcomes current and prospective clients to the Fairline Pavillion for a social evening from 6pm on Friday and Saturday night during the show. It will be an excellent opportunity to mingle with other Fairline boat owners and talk with the sales team in a relaxed setting.

Boat Equity – Australia’s largest boat share marketplace

Boat Equity is modernising boat share in Australia with a new model that has been created by boat owners for boat owners, who understand that boat share partners want a real sense of ownership and autonomy with no rigid rules or schedules. CRS Yachts immediately saw potential in Boat Equity and has been appointed dealers in NSW and Queensland in conjunction with where their offices are located in Rose Bay and Marina Mirage. Boat Equity will be sharing a stand with CRS Yachts throughout the duration of the show where they will have three shares in a Fairline Targa 47 Sport Yacht for sale.

“There are many boat share options on the market, but none really compare to the model that Boat Equity has produced. Buyers have a better range of boats to choose from and the process is simpler for the boat owner because everything has been considered. With a detailed system and no fixed maintenance contracts or high management fees you can’t really go wrong. We already have a number of boats with shares available and can say from experience it is a completely straightforward process,” said Mr Chapman.

2010 and beyond

CRS Yachts will be unveiling additional models in Australia this year and early next year. This includes the Targa 50 Gran Turismo Sport Yacht, the Squadron 41 Flybridge Motor Yacht and the Squadron 50, which are available for purchase under an incentive based forward order program.
