Sunbird has their western Mediterranean base in Palma where they run new and secondhand boat sales along with a warranty and aftercare centre. For the Eastern Mediterranean its Turkey, mainly because it lies outside of the EEC and so has no sales tax/VAT. Based at Gocek, which is one of Turkeys premiere sailing areas, the head office is in Port Gocek marina where they also maintain after sales support in Turkey and of course the warranty back up for new vessels.
