Maritimo rides wave of enthusiasm with Mandurah Show success

West Australian Maritimo Dealer Martin Box Marine is celebrating after the Mandurah Boat Show at the weekend. A new Aegean 50 Enclosed that was ordered for display sold during the show.

“The Aegean attracted very strong interest throughout the show,” said Dealer Principal Chris Box.

“We had Maritimo 500 and 550 Offshore Convertibles and a 52 Motoryacht on display at the Show as well as the Aegean. It was one of the largest displays on the water.”

Mr Box said every boat drew strong interest.

“The atmosphere throughout the show was positive and we are conducting sea trials with clients on all four models over the coming weeks,” he said.

Maritimo Marketing Director Luke Durman was delighted with the result.

“The Aegean 50 was delivered the day before the show opened,” he said. “To have it cleaned and sparkling for the opening and sold so quickly is a testament to Chris and his team at Martin Box Marine.

“After their recent appointment as exclusive Maritimo Dealers for WA and their first home show, the customer feedback was all positive and this confirms my initial confidence in the team.”

The Aegean 50 Enclosed Flybridge was launched at the Sydney International Boat Show in August. A three cabin/two bathroom model, it is an ideal family cruiser.
