Azimut 40S joins expanding syndication fleet

Boating Syndication Australia (BSA) has launched an Azimut 40S motor yacht into its expanding fleet of luxury boats in Sydney.

“We are delighted to bring this world-class boat to our clients,” said BSA Managing Director Andy Young.

The sleek European-style Azimut 40S features teak decking, two cabins, two bathrooms and the hallmark four square windows in the hull on the starboard side.

The light, cool saloon of this sporty yacht blends elegance with comfort. The spacious is flooded with light from all-round windows and a sunroof. The aft sun deck features a wide lounge.

Andy Young said the new Azimut will appeal to stylish couples with a family or an entertainment lifestyle.

The boat achieves sprightly performance through two 480hp Cummins turbo diesel engines and handling is made especially easy with an Easy Handling Zenta joystick docking system.

BSA is offering 10 shares in the Azimut 40S at $95,000 each plus management and maintenance costs.

Andy Young and his team at Boating Syndication Australia have managed 20 syndicated boats over the past five years so bring a wealth of experience to the company.

The BSA fleet offering now includes Belize, Azimut, Riviera, Clipper, Princess and Mustang cruisers.

“We are not tied to any brand and our focus is management, not sales,” said Mr Young.

“Too often, syndication businesses are focussed on selling shares in a particular boat. It is pre-packaged with a standard agreement, standard shares and standard service.”

BSA’s fleet currently includes one tenth and one quarter share options.

“BSA’s share plans are fully flexible,” said Mr Young. “If people need a different arrangement or a particular boat, we can set it up and source a boat for them.”

He said that BSA provides owners with clear knowledge of where their fees are allocated.

“We charge specific management and cleaning fees,” he said. “All other costs such as insurance and berthing are organised at reduced negotiated rates with the savings passed directly on to the owners.”
