The 489 Nomad remains a fishing favourite

Stacer’s newly designed 489 Nomad now featuring the EVO Advance Hull and new transom is sure to remain at the top of all fishermen’s wish list.

The EVO Advance Hull provides a sharper bow entry with a deeper V for improved performance and a smooth ride while the new transom shape maximises internal and cockpit space.

The new transom design not only increases internal space by 200mm but lowers the centre of gravity for more stability while the 489 Nomad is at rest and underway.

The new design also creates an obstruction free boarding platform as cables are hidden inside the transom and allows faster access to the bilge pump engine fit.

Stacer National Account Manager Drew Jackson comments on the 489 Nomad “this year the R&D team have put a lot of time into the development of the Nomad range.”

“We have listened to our customer’s feedback on the Nomad Range and come back with a better model to include more of the features our customers are really looking for,” he said.

“The Nomad features wide aluminium side pockets, front casting platform, live bait tank in back deck, side sports console and bimini and envelope.”

“We have included a new divided anchor well for boaties to run separate anchors or even separate the anchor and casting net,” he said.

Fisherman will be in their element out on the water with the standard features on the 489 Nomad including accessory kit, VHF Radio, extruded side decks, pole mount insert, Mark-5x Fishfinder, carpeted floor and rod holders.

The 489 Nomad is available as a ‘Ready 2 Go’ package complete with boat, motor and trailer covered by a three year limited factory warranty.
