Innovative boat share company Boating Syndication Australia (BSA) will have two separate on-water displays at the upcoming Gold Coast marine Expo.

The company will have its shining Belize 52 Hardtop on the Riviera marina while a family fun Riviera M360 sport cruiser is available for view and shares within the Gold Coast City Marina complex.

“We want to give visitors to the Expo as much opportunity as possible to inspect our options and talk with our team,” said BSA Managing Director Andy Young.

Coinciding with the show, Andy has also announced a second Belize syndicate for the Gold Coast.

“The Belize is an amazingly sophisticated cruiser with all the luxuries a discerning family wants for an extended time on the water. With three cabins including a glamorous and spacious master stateroom amidships, she can accommodate two couples plus children.

“We will have shares in all boats available during the show with only one share remaining in the current Belize 52, Belizzimo, at $145,000.”

“Shares in the new Belize syndicate will be priced at $159,000 due to the increase in production costs from the boat manufacturer,” he said. “This syndicate will begin on 1st March 2013.

“Our M360 is ideal for days out on the water with friends and can even accommodate a couple overnight in stylish comfort,” he said.

Shares in the Riviera M360 are available at $27,900 each plus ongoings.

“A share provides the lucky owner with 33 days on the water each year, plus unlimited access to stand-by days.”

Andy said that BSA provides owners with clear knowledge of where their fees are allocated.

“We charge specific management and cleaning fees,” he said. “All other costs such as insurance and berthing are organised at reduced negotiated rates with the savings passed directly on to the owners.

“Our owners enjoy the luxury of walk-on, walk-off service,” said Andy. “We have a team at Marina Mirage where both boats are taken care of, making sure they are sparkling clean and fully serviced so that owners simply step aboard with their personal belongings, turn the engine keys and head out into these magnificent waterways.”

Andy said that BSA offers a variety of locations and boat brands and models for clients.

“We aim to offer the best possible choice for boating enthusiasts,” he said. “Our models now include Princess, Belize, Riviera, Maritimo, Azimut and Symbol.”
