Australian marine innovation award-winning exhibitor Coffs Harbour-based Cape Marine is at the Show with a unique purpose-built, six-metre, Work Boat in a world release.

The SEMAC Hippo is manufactured from its exclusive new generation chambered aluminium plank boat building system called SEMAC (System Engineered Marine Aluminium Components), developed by Cape Marine to integrate innovative work boat and pontoon designs with advanced aluminium fabrication techniques. 

Built to Australian National Marine Safety Council standards, this 2D class commercial vessel is rated for 100hp single or twin outboard motor configurations and is able to carry 10 passengers and two crew or a one tonne payload.
