Western Australia’s Aquasports Marine has been named Mercury Marine’s Australian “Dealer of the Year” for 2011.
“My sincere congratulations to everyone at Aquasports especially Nick and Lino Di Toro – the two brothers who own the company and provide incredible drive,” said John Temple, Mercury Marine’s General Manager, Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific (ANZP).
“They have a motto – Pride is the Difference – and the whole Aquasports team is living proof of that. They take pride in everything they do and it really shines through.”
Mercury’s “Dealer of the Year” awards are decided via an exacting process which looks at the whole of a dealership’s business.
“Of course sales are important but it goes much deeper than that,” said Will Sangster, Mercury’s Sales Director ANZP.
“The awards are based on business growth, customer service standards both day-to-day and special events, the presentation of the dealership itself, as well as the way they’ve supported Mercury products and programs.
“With the Western Australian mining boom continuing some people might think doing business in Perth is easy, but competition is fierce and these guys have had to work really hard to achieve what they have within the WA market. Congratulations to the entire Aquasports team, the award is well deserved.”
Aquasports Marine wasn’t the only Mercury dealership to be recognised for their outstanding work, with other winners being;
