Arvor offers the New 215 fishing boat for sale in Australia

The Arvor brand of boats has become a favourite with the serious fishing fraternity and pleasure boaters alike. Now Arvor offers customers more choice with the release of a new expression of this popular design. Designed in Europe to handle the arduous conditions of the North Sea, the new Arvor 215 model comes with a full walk around layout, similar to the original Arvor 20.

This exciting new model will be on hand at the year’s major boat shows, but here’s a preview of what’s instore when you view the Arvor line-up at the Sanctuary Cove Boat Show in May.

As the name suggests the Arvor 215 spans 21½ feet or to be more precise, has a hull length of 6.36m. The hull is white continuing the tradition of the famous Arvor 20. With its 115hp “common rail” Cummins CMD diesel, you will enjoy a top speed of more than 20 knots, while the efficiency of direct shaft drive helps keep maintenance costs under control.

There’s a wealth of smart features that make this craft a joy to operate. Hydraulic steering comes standard for a positive feel, there’s also emergency tiller steering which allows the boat to be driven at low speed from the stern deck while you’re fishing. A state of the art “SmartCraft” engine display system places key information right at your fingertips. This innovative digital read out integrates key information in the one display including fuel consumption, oil pressure, temperature and more, to make boating easier and more intuitive.           

For convenience, standard equipment includes an electric windlass with an anchor locker and mooring cleats, all fitted at the factory. The lockable wheel house comes equipped with a large double berth, stainless steel handrails, an interior light, VHF radio, compass and an AM/FM CD player. The huge self draining decks ensure improved safety whilst fishing offshore or when the boat is on the mooring. In the stern, there’s a live bait tank with an electric pump, cutting board, swim platform with a stainless steel ladder and an outboard bracket.
