Azzura Marine Welcomes Back Sales and Marketing Manager

Azzura Marine, internationally recognised for constructing premium quality custom motor and sailing vessels, including high performance racing yachts, quality interiors and exterior furniture, are delighted to welcome back Gillian Hughes as Sales and Marketing Manager for the company.

Gillian, who has been enjoying looking after her daughter whilst on maternity leave for the last 15 months, will be responsible for sailing yacht sales, including Performance Yachts, Azzura Yachts, Marten Yachts and the Cornish Crabber range for which Azzura Marine has been newly appointed Australian importer. In addition, Gillian will be looking after overall marketing for the company.

‘This is a timely return,’ stated David McQueen, Managing Director, Azzura Marine. ‘In the last few months we have seen a significant increase in the number of enquires for new builds, both sail and power, an indication that the market is strengthening after the impact of the 2008 global financial crisis.’
