300g Penne
1tbs olive oil
3 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
2 capsicum, sliced finely
2 red chillies, deseeded and chopped
350g fresh, cooked crabmeat
½ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
Lemon juice to taste
Salt and pepper
Cook pasta as per instructions, drain and reserve ¼ cup of the cooking water
Heat oil in a frying pan, stir fry capsicum and garlic for 3 minutes or until soft. Add crab, chilli and lemon juice.
Season to taste
Toss with pasta, reserved cooking water and parley.
Serve immediately
