DESCRIPTION
Considering a Sydney-Hobart campaign? This yacht is fully optioned to Cat' 1 and for the Hobart Race, so all of the hard work has been done to have stability certifictes, ratings and all of the other equipment and optimisations required for a competitive Hobart campaign.
It's an excellent example and proof that these exceptional yachts are terrific across a range of types of racing. “Transcendence” won the Melbourne-Launceston race overall on its first offshore outing and has been the top scoring boat in the RPAYC Ocean Points Score two years running, and is looking likely to win this year too! In 2022 it won the Coff’s race 2-handed division, 3rd IRC in the CYCA Bluewater Series 2-handed, and 7th in the Hobart 2-handed, and this year 1st Overall ORC in the Coff's Race.
It is fully optioned with North sails including near new 3Di offshore mainsail, 3Di Light/medium headsail and J0, full B&G H5000 instruments, Cat’ 1 safety and much more. It has a very competitive IRC rating of 1.024.
A complete turnkey package ready to compete in whatever racing programme is on your horizon. It’s been enjoyed for twilight racing, club racing and short-handed offshore.
