2007 Beneteau 40.7 for sale in outstanding condition and maintained to the highest standards since new by it's one owner. A total offshore equipped racing machine that would impress any keen sailor and still manage to keep the remaining crew happy as down below is typical Beneteau high finish.

Cat 3 capable fixtures complete, strong points, jack stays, anchors secured in bilge etc (does not include lift raft, SSB, etc)
McConaghy prepared and fared hull, keel, (to Farr templates) and rudder, including trailing edges.
Timber rail to gunwale removed and replaced with non- skid.
All skin fittings changed to be flush and or moved to the transom.
VC race antifouling finish taken back to the epoxy and repainted in 2011.
Custom mast step, all sheave replaced as new with next size up.
Second rigging screw on stainless rod forestay.
