DESCRIPTION
Paulina E is a classic 30ft double ended yacht designed and built locally by Bill Elliott in 1963, and now for sale exclusively with DBY Boat Sales.
She has only had 2 owners since being launched and the current owner has certainly kept her in excellent condition.
The rigging was totally replaced in October 2020 along with chainplates.
The interior is filled with the warm glow of varnished surfaces throughout. The recently upholstered cushions are in beautiful condition and in keeping with her era.
The layout can accommodate 4 overnight and she has generous headroom throughout the boat.
Galley is basic but functional with a 2 burner metho cooking stove.
The Yanmar 15hp diesel shaft driven engine was fully overhauled in 2018 by the local Yanmar dealer and has done little work since then.
There is a full wardrobe of sails including roller reefed mainsail, furling Genoa, storm jib.
All the deck area was recently painted, and she is turn-key ready to enjoy condition.
