'Liaison' is a Cole Pawtucket 35 now listed exclusively for sale with the team at YOTI on Lake Macquarie.
This yacht is solid and sound. Built 1989 in an era when seaworthiness and structural strength was the norm, the Cole Pawtucket 35 has introduced many people to sailing.
She has a very comfortable interior layout with great at sea galley and gas gimballed oven and hot plates. V berth forward and quarter berths aft port and starboard make for very sea kindly layout. Saloon has a seating and berthing layout and a large fold down dining table. Forward in the head is a new electric toilet (fitted Aug 2021). Under the chart table is a Brass Monkey brand electric fridge drawer and ice box under the galley bench top.
There have been many upgrades in the last 3 years including, fuel lines replaced 2021, exhaust hoses 2021, bimini solar fitted 2021, new house batteries 2022, all thru hull fittings and seacocks replaced 2021, new auto pilot in 2022, B&G instruments and Zeus plotter fitted 2021. Navigation station is fitted with a Kenwood HF radio and Furuno 1720 radar. There are other upgrades too numerous to list.
