Is this the canal cruiser you have been looking for ? Originally sold through Mandurah Outboards is this 2005 model Crownline 220 EX, which is powered by a 5.0L Mercruiser. 

The Crownline 220 EX would be a great option for the boater who is looking to cruise local waters with family and friends, if you were to stay local to Mandurah then this boat would suit cruising up the Murray River, heading across to Port Bouvard/Dawesville, staying local to Mandurah and making the most of the on water infrastructure, watersports certainly isn't out of the question either with 5.0L 260hp Mercruiser. 

Ample storage for safety equipment and other gear, bimini for shade and full length storage covers for when the boat is not in use. At the moment the boat is not antifouled, it has either lived on a boat lifter or on a docking system and Mandurah Outboards recommends that it continues to be stored/used in this way. 

The Mercruiser has been looked after by Mandurah Outboards it's entire life and presents in good running order. Further photos will be uploaded once the boat has been detailed.
