1973 Duncanson 35 now for sale exclusively with DBY Boat Sales.
Launched in 1973 as Cordon Bleu, then going on to compete in the 1974, ‘76, ’77, and ’78 Sydney-Hobart Races under that name, but now known as Swagman this one-time ocean racer is now the very nicely maintained weekender for a young family.
These famous Alan Blackburn designed, Duncanson Yachts Adelaide built 35’s have a spectacular reputation as long distance cruising yachts and several went on to circumnavigate both Australia and the World.
Swagman has a 2012 Kubota 35hp diesel in very good shape, with a folding prop. She has a headsail on a furler, and a mainsail, as well as an electric anchor winch.
With 2 solar panels on a custom arch, a 12 volt Engel fridge and freezer, electric fresh water and a two burner metho stove, plus a one burner butane stove as well, she is ready to move a few personal items aboard and start enjoying.
Accommodation is a double v-berth forward and a second double once the dinette is lowered. She also has an enclosed electric toilet.
