DESCRIPTION

Huge Price Reduction! Join a quarter share in an existing syndicate in this 'as new' example at a huge saving on a new yacht! If you ordered a similarly optioned model today it would be over $650k.

This 16 month old yacht is kept at Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club Newport and has had custom dock fenders, mooring lines and line stands fitted for ease of docking.

It’s optioned for ease of use with a bow-thruster, electric halyard winch, anchor-winch remote and swim-platform remote, and has the standard mainsail and short-overlap headsail. The boom is particularly low, so putting away the mainsail is an easy exercise.

The patented sloping side-decks make access from the cockpit to the deck sides and forward safe and secure, and are unique to the current Sun Odyssey range. The cockpit bench seats have deep back-rests and the canvas package includes side-screens to fully enclose the cockpit in inclement weather.

Twin 130W solar panels in conjunction with 440A of house batteries ensures that there is plenty of power available as all lighting including cockpit, nav’ and interior lights are LED.

Down below the saloon has a large fold-out dinette table and inboard seat to make comfortable seating for 6, while the wrap-around galley has both top and front-loading fridge and an enormous amount of stowage space. There is a full sized forward facing nav’ table and opposite the head with shower stall and electric toilet.

All three cabins have fully rectangular beds, the aft cabins being doubles and the forward owners cabin a Queen-sized island style with considerable floor space and lockers.

The Sun Odyssey 410 is currently the biggest selling 40-footer in the World, and for good reason. Superb sailing characteristics, a comfortable protected cockpit, the sloping side-decks, and an extremely clever interior design that has the useable space of a much bigger yacht.

The current partners pay $750 each a month to cover all costs including detailing, maintenance, insurance and berthing, but their account is comfortably in the positive, so this will more than cover the annual costs, details of which are available on request.
