DESCRIPTION
1984 Passport 40 in excellent condition now for sale with DBY Boat Sales.
From the drawing board of renowned designer Robert Perry, the Passport 40s are well known for their blue water capabilities and safe passage making and Alliance is a great example having sailed out from the US.

2001 Yanmar 4JH2E (non turbo) engine overhauled/ re-built in 2013.

Alliance has a quality solid teak fitout throughout.
The owner’s stateroom forward is a Pullman berth with ensuite located in the bow with head, shower, sink and vanity.
The main saloon has a U-shaped settee to port surrounding a large folding teak table. To starboard in the main saloon is a settee, with water maker in locker behind. There are lockers above and behind the saloon settees providing ample storage.
Aft of the main saloon is the outboard facing navigation station.
Aft of the nav station there is a double berth with hanging locker and drawers.
Alliance has been well maintained by her marine engineer owner and is ready to go having recently been antifouled in May 2019.
