Beach House is a 2007 Seawind 1000XL listed exclusively for sale with YOTI on Sydney Harbour.

This is one of the very last 1000XL’s built in the Australian south coast factory. The XL built on the huge success of the 1000 and of course the XL notably boasts the extended sterns and the self-tacking jib. This is an easy and very fun cruising platform.

The cockpit is spacious and seamlessly joins the protected saloon. There are forward opening windows. The instrumentation by Raymarine includes plotter and auto-pilot. The aft seating, davits, mainsail traveler, in-built BBQ, and solar arch would put many other catamarans to shame – this is a very practical system that looks right and simply works.

The owner’s cabin is to port with the berth mid-ships. There is a large private head and shower plus additional V berth forward. To starboard is the extremely functional galley with seating area forward and another V berth. There is a private double cabin lying aft.

Beach House was fitted with new standing rigging in November 2018 and then new grey Barracouta mainsail and self-tacking jib in 2019. There is also a furling screecher and additional spinnaker. The Yamaha 9.9 engines were professionally installed new in just 2022 and have logged around 40 hours. Beach House was last anti-fouled in November 2023 when an insurance survey was completed.

Importantly Beach House has never been in charter and, as a bonus, Beach House is Australian registered under AMSA so is ready for real adventures.
