Based on a Roberts cruising design this South Coast 36 ketch is a popular and highly regarded Australian built GRP production yacht, now for sale exclusively with David Bray Yachts, Sydney Harbour office.
She is in good all-round condition and has some handy cruising equipment, which includes a VHF and HF radio, 340 litres of diesel fuel in two separate tanks plus a huge private aft cabin.
The owner will also throw in a separate engine and gearbox he has in storage. Lots of new teak cabinetry has been recently installed below decks and there is a new water tank under the port settee and 2 new Jabsco heads.
Engine serviced in September and hull antifouled in early 2013.
This is a large volume yacht and when aboard is difficult to believe that she is only 36 feet in length. Her deep cockpit, ketch rig and hard dodger make her the perfect offshore yacht or weekend cruiser.
