Traditional 30's are amongst the most popular choice for family cruiser/racers on a realistic budget. This 1989 version is amongst the last of the classic boats to be built by Cavalier Yachts and is the Mark II version with a practical swim step/ boarding platform, ladder, and full lead keel. This is a welcome addition and hard to find in this size.

It's rare to find a yacht from 1989 with only 2 previous owners. The current owner has enjoyed sailing Atalanta for 20 years, and is largely responsible for her excellent overall condition.

Sail wardrobe is comprehensive with the # 1 Genoa only 2 years old, #2 Genoa and Main is 4 years old. Plenty of others including Spinnakers. The biggest bonus is the rigging which was replaced late 2016. Also available is a January 2016 survey.

A 2002 Volvo engine with approximately 1,000 hours has been regularly serviced with receipts available.

Antifouled annually, and taken right back to primer with prop speed applied on the 2 blade folding propeller.
