The saloon is light filled and spacious with a large indoor dining area, modern galley and a brand new helm station. The well thought out galley features an induction hob and electric oven, single drawer dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and large Haier wine fridge.
The redesigned helm station features a new electronics package including twin Simrad chart plotters with AIS, autopilot and radar. The Simrad electric/hydraulic steering system with bow thruster and remote Yacht Controller make short-handed berthing a dream.
Forward accommodation comfortably sleeps 6 between a spacious walk-around master cabin with en-suite and two double cabins with a shared bathroom. In addition to this there is a convertible double in the saloon allowing for fun-filled getaways with friends or family. All cabins, saloon, cockpit and flybridge have been fitted with individual fusion sound systems to allow multiple music playback throughout the boat.
In the cockpit there is a large area for guests to enjoy the sunshine while protected from the wind. A large and comfortable seating area surrounds an extendable second dining table complimented by an outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge and BBQ. The cockpit also gains access to the flybridge which offers a range of seating areas and includes an outdoor helm station featuring a full repeat of the lower helm.
Countach is powered by twin man V12 760hp shaft drive diesel engines reaching speeds of up to 24 knots and cruising between 12 and 14 knots. Two aluminium tanks carry 4000 litres of fuel plus a further 3000 litre long range tank allowing Countach to cruise the more remote destinations around New Zealand. Including 1200 litre water tanks and a 140p/h water maker powered by Northern Lights genset, Countach is equipped to go ‘off-grid’ for long periods of time.
The open engine room offers great work access to both engines, generator and water maker whilst also housing full sized washing machine and dryer.
