Award-winning marque boasts presence to four major states

Luxury motor yacht manufacturer, Fairline Boats has today announced an extension to its Australia sales network through the appointment of an authorised Fairline dealer in Victoria.  Lifestyle Motoryachts, trading as Fairline Victoria, opens with a dedicated Fairline sales office in Docklands, Melbourne.

The announcement is the latest in a string of authorised appointments made over the past three months as the company ramps up its commitment to developing its presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

Fairline Victoria will market the British boat builder’s world renowned range of Squadron flybridge motor yachts and Targa express cruisers.

Managed by an experienced and passionate team of four, all of whom are keen boat owners and one of whom has twice circumnavigated the globe aboard his own 50ft yacht, the office will support all aspects of boat purchase and ownership from brokerage, servicing, maintenance and insurance to after-sales support.   For those new to boating, services will also extend to crew training and certified skipper courses on the water to ensure safety and improve confidence and enjoyment.

Tony Sobol, founder of Lifestyle Motoryachts said: “Luxury boating is quickly gaining momentum in Melbourne with approximately 10 billion dollars being invested into the development of Docklands over the coming years.  We are delighted to be a part of that movement and look forward to receiving our first Fairline boat later this year.”

Fairline now has a total of four authorised dealerships throughout Australia, covering the main boating states of Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and Victoria.  To safeguard the Fairline brand reputation and provide the highest standards of customer support, only dealers who meet the strictest appointment criteria and training requirements are appointed.

“I am delighted to add yet another prominent dealer to the Fairline network, particularly in Australia where the boating market is mature and Fairline is already the leading luxury motor yacht brand,” said Bryan Jones, President of Fairline Boats Asia.

Australia continues to be a significant market for Fairline in the region, with a strong order book and ongoing delivery of new models.  Amongst the first to arrive in Victoria will be a new model Targa 38 GT with the largest engine option, a pair of Volvo Penta D6-400 powering the introduction model to well in excess of 40 knots

During the first half of 2011 Fairline has participated in a number of brand building activities which included model debuts at Phuket’s PIMEX international boat show, Mumbai International Boat Show, Japan International Boat Show, Hainan Rendez-Vous, Manila Boat Show, China International Boat Show, Hong Kong Gold Coast Boat Show, Boat Asia in Singapore and most recently, Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show on Australia’s Gold Coast.  Today marks the start of its 15th year at Sydney International Boat Show.
