Sydney by Sail is excited to announce the launch of its fourth Hunter Yacht syndicate on Sydney Harbour.

The brand new Hunter e36 boasts the new sleek design found on the Hunter 39 and Hunter 50, while the deck features a more modern profile with large side windows ensuring more interior light. This brand new model features a cockpit that has been lengthened and bolstered by a fold down swim platform. You will love the airy master aft cabin with plenty of headroom, and the overall the interior has been enhanced with a richer look and feel. The hardwood flooring and Corian countertops add elegance and you will be thrilled with the spacious salon.

Yacht syndication is an affordable, enjoyable and convenient way to own a luxury Hunter yacht without all the headaches.

The principle is simple; buy a share in this beautifully appointed new Hunter e36 and enjoy fully serviced, walk-on walk-off sailing. The yacht will be immaculately maintained by Sydney By Sail’s professional staff, and syndicate participants will never need to clean or repair the yacht.

Each 10% share includes a minimum of 33 “maintenance free” sailing days per year.  Extra days are available on a stand-by basis.

This new Hunter e36 will be berthed at Darling Harbour and available from February 1 2011. The capital cost of a 10% share is $30,250 and the annual fee is $5,520. This includes all insurance, registration, berthing fees, detailing, maintenance and fuel usage. There will be nothing more for syndicate participants to pay.

This is the most cost effective, hassle free way for people to enjoy the pleasures of Sydney Harbour and Pittwater on their own luxury yacht. And if you like the idea but are not a confident sailor, Sydney by Sail is an accredited sailing school and can tailor sailing lessons to your requirements. Sydney By Sail’s syndicated yacht program is NSW Maritime approved.
