New Quantum Smoke Inshore Spin Reels released

The new Smoke Inshore spin reels in sizes SL40PTs and SL50PTs utilise the new Quantum C4LF™ carbon fibre rotor and a new saltwater-specialist base alloy. The result is the legendary Smoke lightweight advantages with a single-piece, machined, high-strength-grade aluminium frame that will not flex, even during heavy cranking, and with added protection against corrosion. The Inshore 40 weighs just 272g and Inshore 50 a mere 283g.

The sealed CSC drag uses a mix of stacked ceramic, stainless and carbon-fibre, to provide great drag power—the Inshore 40 up to 20lb; and Inshore 50 up to 25lb—so you can turn hard fighters like snapper, coral trout, barra, mackerel, inshore kingfish, Australian salmon, tailor, queenfish and the many species of trevally and tuna.

Other features include: extra-hard PT gears; a lightweight machined aluminium crank handle; continuous anti-reverse; polymer-stainless hybrid bearings; and the legendary Quantum Hot Sauce lubricants.
