Gold Coast based Pacific Motor Yachts, has announced the appointment of Scott Davis to the position of Brand Manager for Prestige and Jeanneau Motor Yachts.
A qualified marine engineer, Davis has 28 years experience working within the Queensland marine industry. After starting Tweed Coast Marine in 1998 delivering over 400 boats a year at it’s peak, he later sold the dealership in 2007 to progress into larger boat sales with Princess Yachts Australia where he has held the position as the overall top sales person nationally for the last 3 years.
Davis has worked with the Princess product since 2007 and with the brands recent move to a new dealership, feels the retail side of the business has changed and therefore wanted to associate with a motor yacht and dealership that has consistently exhibited a high level of customer satisfaction and on-water support. Davis described Pacific Motor Yachts’ attitude to customer care as extremely proactive and exceeding owners expectations.

This level of support aligns with how I plan on growing the brand through on-water Regatta’s, owner events and exceptional attention to customer service.”
An avid family boater himself, Davis will head up both the Jeanneau Power Boats and Prestige Luxury Motor Yachts brands with a focus on the 30 to 72 ft range of motor yachts and powerboats.
“After working 25 consecutive Sanctuary Cove Boat Shows, it’s obvious the number one reason a person buys a particular brand of boat is based on the level of after sales service and the integrity of the dealership team,” said Scott.
Pacific Motor Yachts has a presence at all the major national boat shows, has an extensive regatta schedule for its owners not to mention various new model events throughout the year.
