John Kapos owns and manages Perfection Chocolates and Sweets. An absolute icon, the company was established by the Kapos family in Sydney in Rose Bay in 1939. From the outset, the family specialised in quality hand-made chocolates, designed for the local market and inspired from their European heritage.

Perfection Chocolates is still a Sydney-based, family-owned business. Passed on to Spiro and Mary Kapos in the 1970s, their son John and his wife Eva are now proudly use the family’s traditional know-how. Many years of blending, innovation and sampling have gone into the chocolates that Perfection Chocolates produces today.
