Ray White Marine records over $9 million of sales at recent events
Ray White Marine’s last two auction programs including the recently held EVENT at the Arts Centre along with the extremely successful Property result have produced the following marine sales:
Azimut 30M – Superyacht under the hammer
Salthouse 55 ft Flybridge Sportsfish – under the hammer
Gulfcraft 36 – under the hammer
Azimut 50 – post auction
Salthouse 55 ft Flybridge Sportsfish – resold post auction
Ferretti 55 ft luxury European Motoryacht – post auction
Lagoon 40 Powercat – under the hammer
Searay 48 – post auction
Sunseeker 82 – prior to Auction
Sunseeker 64 – under the hammer
Searay 58 – under the hammer
Alaskan 49 – Contract pending
Airlie Beach Marina Berth – under the hammer
Significantly, the $9m in Auction sales including boats sold either prior to, under the hammer, or post auction as a result of the Sales Campaigns, equate to 14 from 18 sold through the process.
“It was a great day had by all, for marine we are extremely pleased with the result, the Sunseeker, within a month of the listing we had the boat sold under the hammer. The Sea Ray 58 was located on the Gold Coast and we had a Melbourne based buyer cancel his Australian Open grand final ticket, fly up to cyclonic Queensland and buy the vessel in-room on the day and the Airlie Beach berth was our first conjunction with Ray White Whitsundays and was sold to a phone bidder whilst driving through the Cairns mountain ranges going in and out of reception!”

Luxury vessels with an approximate combined value of over $14m will be included in the Marketing Program leading to the March auction, and include the following Superyachts with photos attached:

Negotiations are also in progress on 4 x 40m o/s Superyachts to Australian buyers and a Benetti 100 footer.
