The team of six has more than 50 years combined experience in the boating industry, customer service and retail.
Supply and Warehouse manager Kirk Starr has more than 15 years international experience in several industries including manufacturing, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the R Style and R Genuine Parts team.
The Spare Parts team consists of highly regarded professionals with a range of valuable skill sets including Sarah Swain, Nathan White, Amanda Baird, Casey Wise and Freight Coordinator Shane Tipene.
As the Experience Centre Coordinator, Amanda, is passionate about securing merchandise that will exceed the needs and expectations of Riviera boat owners.
“I am in the process of creating a new clothing range and one of the biggest considerations is how friendly the products will be for the boating lifestyle and our owners,” she said.
“Some of our owners spend extensive periods cruising so they are doing all their washing on board and using the dryer, so the clothing needs to be able to be tumble dried. I am also looking at fabrics that don’t crease so that our owners don’t need to iron their clothes while on board.
“We try to think of all of small details so that our owners don’t have to worry about it.”
Supply and Warehouse manager, Kirk Starr, said the team was delighted to offer exceptional customer service, competitively priced parts and a very high level of quality on all products for your Riviera.
“Through Riviera’s long established network of suppliers we can usually respond very promptly to customer requests for spare parts. We have a range of generic parts such as filters, latches and locks on our new website because they are usually in high demand and suit most Riviera models,” he said.
“We encourage our owners to browse our website in the first instance because all of our popular parts complete with photos, description and pricing are on the website. If a part is not available on our website, we encourage customers to contact us direct by phone or email.
“Locating information on specific parts from older Rivieras has posed a few challenges in the past, and in some instances may require several emails or phone calls to ensure the correct part has been identified before we can source it or have it custom made.
“Our team is very methodical when it comes to sourcing spare parts, which is why we take the time to find out exactly what part our customers require. Providing as much information as possible greatly assists in helping us accurately interpret part requirements.
