Riviera Syndication continues to offer the latest innovative thinking from Riviera with the 4400 and 3600 Sport Yachts to be launched this month at The Spit in Sydney’s northern suburb of Mosman.
Continuing on from Riviera Syndication’s success at the Sydney International Boat Show where it sold all 10 shares for the new 5000 Sport Yacht and sold half the shares for the sensational 5800 Sport Yacht, both based at Rushcutters Bay; Riviera Syndication plans to expand its network with two new boats based at The Spit.
Riviera Syndication Sydney manager Andy Young said the 4400 and 3600 Sport Yachts, and an M290 Sport Cruiser were on display at The Spit, which was a great spot with access to some of Sydney’s most pristine waterways.
“The Marina has just invested AUD$1.5 million in upgrades, including a new restaurant so it is becoming a real lifestyle marina and an ideal location to launch our new Sport Yachts,” he said.
“It’s the biggest market in Sydney for syndication owners and we are pleased to announce the launch of Riviera Syndication at The Spit.”
Shares in the 4400 and 3600 Sport Yachts cost AUD$115,000 and AUD$69,900 each respectively, while shares in the M290 Sport Cruiser cost AUD$25,000 per share plus AUD$8,900 per annum.
“The owners take a 10 per cent equity share in the boat, it’s very convenient for the owners because they don’t have to do any of the work what so ever. Riviera Syndication does all the cleaning and maintenance – it’s absolutely ideal for busy people,” said Mr Young.
“They get 33 days a year where it is their boat and they can use our automated online booking system. All the popular times including weekends are shared evenly between owners.
“It’s a very smart and very clever way of going boating. The majority of our owners are busy business people.”
Riviera Syndication also offers its clients the option to exchange usage with other Syndication owners based on the Gold Coast, Hamilton Island and Perth.
Mr Young said it was an exciting time for Riviera Syndication with plans for Riviera 5800 Sport Yachts to be based in Sydney, on the Gold Coast, Hamilton Island and in 2012 they expect to have one cruising the Mediterranean.
