Riviera Syndication unveils million dollar plus Superyacht experience.
Australia’s premier boating lifestyle operator, Riviera Syndication, has moved into the superyacht category, announcing ownership opportunities in a new Riviera 78 Motor Yacht on Australia’s east coast.
The move positions Riviera Syndication in the highest level of world luxury boat ownership solutions.
Just one month after announcing plans for syndicated ownership in the Mediterranean, the company’s CEO John Russell has completed plans for the next stage in the company’s progress.
Riviera Syndication’s 78 Motoryacht will be berthed in Sydney during the summer months to take advantage of the many events on and around the fabled harbour, including Christmas celebrations, the start of the Sydney-Hobart Yacht Race and New Year’s Eve fireworks celebrations.
With a full-time skipper and stewardess on board, the luxury cruiser will then head north in February each year, for destinations to suit the owners.
“We have designed a four-year program for just four owners, offering each owner four weeks on board to explore in and around Sydney and then two full months available to cruise and explore exotic locations,” said Mr Russell.
“The boat is capable of cruising destinations from Queensland’s Whitsundays and Port Douglas to New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji and Papua New Guinea’s glistening waterways.
“Imagine cruising the crystal waters of Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia and the many other islands, coastlines and reefs that make up the natural wonders of the south Pacific,” said Mr Russell. “You will experience different cultures, different foods, different cultures and foods, reef diving, snorkelling, fishing, water sports, and so much more – all from the luxury and safety of your Riviera 78 Motor Yacht.
“This is a vessel designed and built to celebrate success,” he said. “From a large open saloon, comfortable skylounge with 360-degree views to the four-cabin accommodation suite plus separate crew’s quarters, this is a true live-aboard long-distance luxury cruiser.”
Mr Russell said Riviera Syndication has created a special ownership solution to justify a luxury purchase of this magnitude, and has designed an ownership experience to suit the most discerning of individuals.
He said the Motor Yacht experience will involve the owners from day one, with design input and build inspection. The experience will continue with a glittering launch function at Riviera’s state of the art boat building facility on the Gold Coast followed by a maiden cruise to Sydney with crew, designers and technicians.
“This entire program is available to only four owners for a little under $1.5 million each plus running costs,” he said. “The program includes two full-time crew and Riviera Syndication’s renowned maintenance and customer care program. At the end of four years, the boat is sold and equity returned to the owners.”
