VIEW WORLD’S SUPER YACHTS AND STAY ABOARD LUXURY CRUISE SHIP AT SANCTUARY COVE BOAT SHOW
Visitors to the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show can now spend three nights aboard a luxury motor vessel while viewing more than 350 exhibits which include some of the most opulent boats on the market.
MV Fantasea Ammari will be moored at Sanctuary Cove and is offering a three night on-board accommodation package for the duration of the show, which runs from May 21-24 and features the largest on-water display of boats in the Asia-Pacific region valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.
The vessel was built by Austral Ships in Western Australia in 2000 before heading to Italy where she operated luxury cruises.
In 2006 Fantasea Ammari was acquired by the Campbell family through its Brisbane-based Riverside Marine group of companies and is now the jewel in the crown of the award-winning Fantasea fleet in the Whitsundays.
The 60m MV Ammari boasts four decks with four star accommodation for 64 guests in 32 spacious, air conditioned cabins equipped with ensuite bathrooms, bar fridge and plasma television screens.
Cost of the three night package is $340 per cabin per night including breakfast with additional nights available.
The 21st Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show will see the launch of a number of new prestige vessels such as the $23 million Sunseeker 34M.
As well as more affordable yachts and power boats, other high profile releases will include Riviera’s 5800 motor yacht and 3600 Sport Yacht which form part of the 4000sq m on-water display. In total, the 2009 show has a pavilion display area of more than 8400sq m while the super yacht pavilion has been doubled in size.
