SEALEGS APPOINTS INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Sealegs Corporation (NZX:SLG) has appointed Paul Simmonds to the position of International Business Development Manager. Paul most recently was consulting for New Zealand manufacturers expanding into Middle East markets, and prior to that was the Director – Europe, Middle East and Africa for Investment New Zealand (New Zealand Trade and Enterprise) and worked in the New Zealand financial services markets.
A long time resident of Canada, Paul has also held senior marketing positions and has a background in emergency services and in government agencies. He retains extensive networks and contacts in a number of international markets and is a member of the executive committee of the New Zealand-Middle East Business Council.

Earlier this week Sealegs Corporation unveiled its emergency response range of its amphibious boats, purpose-built to meet demand from international rescue and emergency services. Paul is responsible for the emergency response division at Sealegs Corporation, in particular the business generated from North America.
