Australia’s most successful cruising catamaran builder, Seawind, has announced a new interior layout for its flagship Seawind 1250. The upgrade layout includes an office space on the port side, aft of the owner’s cabin.
The new interior is complete with new beech timberwork and optional luxurious leather upholstery. An electrically operated slide-down window in front of the starboard helm provides easy access to the chart plotter.
Seawind Marketing Manager Brent Vaughan said the upgrade interior adds even more practicality to the large saloon space in the boat.
“We have optimized the space in the port side companionway to provide an office and desk in addition to the navigation desk in the saloon that is standard on the Seawind 1250,” he said. “This means that the navigator can complete chart work and remain on the main level of the boat, in communication with the helmsman and the crew but also gain more privacy in a more enclosed office downstairs, similar to our Seawind 1160.”
Seawind Catamarans is Australia’s largest and most awarded sailing boat manufacturer, with 29 years of innovation and excellence in the field of performance cruising catamarans.
