Simrad’s touch-screen NSS Sport makes an international boat show debut at Sanctuary Cove.

Based on the Simrad NSE platform developed for fishing, sailing and cruising, the feature-packed NSS Sport chart plotter and multi-function display offers a combination of touch screen, key pad and rotary knob control.

It offers a fully-integrated touch screen which can quickly place waypoints, acquire radar targets or mark fish. The rotary knob is effective to control proportional functions such as zooming on a chart or adjusting gain or steering the autopilot.

The unit is powered by a rugged marine processor and is available in three display sizes – NSS7 (16.3cm), NSS8 (21.3cm) and NSS12 (30.5cm). The NSS7 and NSS8 also have built-in Broadband Sounder technology and the NSS12 can be integrated with Simrad’s BSM-2 module.
