ZF Services Sanctuary Cove Showcase

The ZF Services display at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show once again showcased the very best that the worldwide ZF group has to offer.

Featured on the ZF stand were various product displays and information, from the ZF POD Drive System, through ZF’s AC Bow Thruster, as well as the ZF Sail Drive system.

ZF’s complete marine product line up includes transmissions, controls, propellers, shaft line systems, various thrusters, and electrical navigation and control systems, for vessels of all sizes, right up to large commercial craft.

Key to the success of ZF’s ever growing marine product line up is the brand’s innovative features. For instance, the ZF POD can give 15% faster cruising speeds and 30% better fuel economy over traditional shaft line systems, lowering operating costs and environmental impact.

Shaft line systems are also catered for in the range, with ZF’s AC Bow Thruster providing extended low-noise operation, while the Joystick Manoevering System (JMS) provides pod-like control, providing safe and precise navigation at the turn of a control.

With an intelligent hull design, the 35 metre long 400 passenger vessel sets new standards in fuel consumption, low emissions, and impact on maritime flora and fauna.
